Please contact the bank at 1-800-651-1365 to complete a debit card application.  At this time, please indicate your preference for selecting a PIN.  The PIN can be randomly chosen, or we can give you instructions to choose your own PIN.  Once the application is approved, the card takes 7 to 10 days to arrive.  If you chose to have the PIN randomly selected, it will be mailed separately and arrive 3 days after you receive the card.  If you would like to choose your own PIN, please call the bank once your card is received so that we can give you instructions to do so.  Please have your card available when you call.
